I just wanted to support this new con here in sunny south Florida.

Last year I went to this convention which was held in the auditoriums of Florida Intl. University by the local anime club and was amazed at how well pulled off it was and the large crowd that showed up.

Its a free con and this year it will be held at the Miccosukee Casino and Hotel in the west Miami area near the Everglades on Aug 12-13

so if you want to help support it, please check it out !

I'll be going this year certainly (especially since I live down here now)

I didn't know there was a convention in Miami!

I'm in the upper keys at the moment, and I usually work on Sundays, but I might be able to go on Sat and at least see the cosplay and AMV contests ;)
