dealer tables

Has anyone here ever bought a dealer's table? A friend of mine is considering getting one to sell some kimonos and cels. I was wondering if it was worth all the hassle.

I've done dealer's tables for Beanie babies and Baseball/Football/Magic/Comic Cards before, and it's profitable as long as they sell.

Kimono's should sell well, if you bring a big Mirror so people can drape them on and look at themselves.

I used to sell silk and rayon kimono's price range $30ish-$50ish depending on the embroidery.

I still like the dragon / pheonix embroidered ones.

are you talking at anime conventions? one 10x 10 table is anywhere from $500-$1000 most dealers purchase at least two or three

You'll have to sell atleast 20 kimono's to cover costs even for 1 table.

But you have 3 days so $500-$1000 isn't too much.

Yeah, I'm talking about a table at an anime convention which is why I posted here.

We've already done some of the research. One table doesn't even cost $300 so we wouldn't have to sell as much to make it worth it.

I have a list of everything that would be needed but I didn't have that.
