Ok this is a prelimiary guest list for the San Diego Comic-con next week 19-23

Kazuo Koike , manga creator of Lone Wolf & Cub & Samurai executioner

Yoshihiro Tatsumi , Manga creater of the push man

Yoshitaka Amano , Character designer of the Final Fantasy games

Shizuki Yamashita & Dietrich Seto , aquarian age & FLCL

Kim Jae-Hwan , manga creater King of Hell

Matsuri Hino , Manga creater Merupuri & Vampire night

Now of course there may be a few surprise guests (last year Masame Tsuda (Kare Kano manga) showed up)

I heard that one very fine manga creator named Watsuki was going to be there as a guest of Shonen Jump...

(I seriously could DIE right here and now. Hey, if I send you a body part, could you get an autograph for me? I'll figure out how to reattach it later...)

I'm really looking forward to it.

Since I'm also a big Last Unicorn fan, I also very excited that Peter S. Beagle is going to be there. Last time he was there, I missed getting his signature because the only day he was available for autographs was the only day of the con that I couldn't attend due to work. ***crosses fingers that it doesn't happen again this year ***

What's really making me wince at this point is that the Spouzal Unit was ready to send me to see my idol. No questions asked. But there's not even a prayer of finding a hotel room at this late date :(
