Gathering for A-kon - 3PM After Cel Panel

Hello!
I wasn't sure if anyone wanted to do a mini gathering for A-kon 18. It is located in Dallas, TX. ^_^ I will be there Friday and can drive up at any time during the weekend as well.

Wonder where we should have the gathering at.... >_> AT the hotel or at a place to eat? There is an awesome japanes place in irving, but alas it is 30 minutes from the hotel, give or take BUT it is open until 1:30 AM.

I could reserve two tables but it wouldnt give us alot of room if we bring cel books and such depending on how many people we bring. It will be traditional sit down tables.

I'm not going to able to afford food at this con, so maybe someplace at the convention center, or in someone's hotel room?

I won't have a car either. n.n;

I'd prefer to meet somewhere actually in the convention itself. We tend to bring our own food/beverages for the convention and carry them in a backpack. Spending our con money on food would not be fun.

But if it would easier for the group, then that's fine too. *flexible*

Where would you want to meet at the con? I do not have a room this year and any day would be fine with me as long as it is not first thing in the morning. LOL Man i cant wait to go blow some money at a-kon. HAHA

In the morning wouldn't work for us either. I'd rather do some con stuff first, before getting together. We live about 5 mins away, so we won't have a room either.

LOL Ill be there early friday, when the dealers room opens or roughly around that time. that would make sense for us to meet up there. LOL
