By "we" do you mean you and me?
The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

I'll try to get around it.

My friend in LA was telling me that AX is only sending badges out to people in California this year, due to their set backs. I guess they didn't want to take the chance that those of us that are farther out wouldn't get them in time.
I guess it's going to take a little bit longer to stand in line to get our passes this year.

This is from the AX Forum
June 22nd:
"All qualifying badges (pre-registered before the deadline) printed. We've decided to include the people that pre-registered on June 1st as well.
After today, all printed badges should be mailed. People local to southern California should be receiving it in the next few days."
If you do not get your badge in time, print out your confirmation email and take it with you to the regsitration line.

Don't worry if you haven't received your badge yet. The AX staff has said multiple times on their forum that they will be printing out badges if you don't receive yours in time. All you need is some form of picture id and a print-out of your confirmation email (or just write down your confirmation number). If you don't have your confirmation email, they can look it up with just your picture id (provided you didn't use a fake name when signing up for AX), but it will take longer.
EDIT: Info taken from the latter pages of this post.
EDIT2: When I first read the thread above, it only had about 9 pages, so I saw most of the useful information in pages 7-9. The rest is probably full of posts from people too lazy to read more than the first post.
