I still refuse to believe Orochimaru lost. Until there is some better proof that he is really gone, I won't believe it.

Whatever he "released" only made the assumption it was Sasuke. More than likely though, if Sasuke is the dominant personallity Orochimaru still lies dormant in his mind.

If Orochimaru is going to die he needs to go down in a blaze of glory. Not some retarded giant snake when he was weak in a bed!

I do agree that's a possibility. I can't imagine them ending it like that. But man what a shock to my system. O_o;

I totally agree. There's no way Orochimaru is out of this. Not like that. No way. Plus it kind of pissed me off that there was even a fight because if there's a fight, all that stuff before with the Curse Seal making you a slave to Orochimaru all of a sudden makes no sense at all. It's like 'Hey Sasuke, don't pick the path of revenge and take the power he gives or you're in big trouble. Ahhh no worries - Happy ending! Yay!

well orochimaru survived itachi when he tried to steal his body right? Though I guess he still had a body to go back to at that point. I don't think it's outside the realm of possibilities that oro is still around somewhere... lurking and waiting for his chance

oh nooooos poor oro is trapped in Sasuke's mind! this sucks!! I hope oro comes back into the story... maybe in some Scoripus-esque (from Farscape) dual personality sorta way? please? Hey now Sasuke is almost like Naruto in the sense that he holds a dangerous monster captive inside of him... interesting.

Oh great... This is funny. Sasuke's now exactly like Naruto. There's no way oro will let sasuke die now. You'd expect them to think of something more original then that.

Do you think that means that Sasuke can access Oro's techniques then? His knowledge? His chakra? Technically i don't think he's "sealed" in Sasuke as the Kyuubi is in Naruto. I get the impression that Sasuke is just the dominant mind. I still have a lot of questions about Naruto too. He never learned the jutsu that wanted him to learn. Instead he created the one he just used that trashed his arm. Then there's the fact that Jiraiya told him earlier to never use "that jutsu". What jutsu were they talking about back then???? I'm still convinced that Naruto is the 4th reincarnated somehow. Reason is that the 3rd used the same sealing jutsu on Orochimaru and then died because of it. Yet there's Naruto who alive and well with the Kyuubi in him. Is it possible the 4th used some jutsu to take him back to childhood? Am I thinking too hard about this? Do I know have a life? I know....I don't.

God, why did I have to be right!

I can not stand the fact the Sharingan is that powerful with Sasuke at that age. I guess it just pisses me off the Orochimaru trained him for two years and he couldn't tell that Sasuke might be this powerful.
Of course Orochimaru is not gone, but what an awful way to make him live out who knows how many chapters of his existence in that arrogant asshole of a Uchiha. At least Itachi had the excuse of always being insane.

I could see Orochimaru becoming Kyuubi like in that he would probably step in/help when Sasuke is in trouble. Maybe act as some sort of not-quite so imaginary friend that only sasuke can see, as he's really only in his mind? Orochimaru's will for self-preservation is probably greater than Sasuke's is, since his whole goal in life is to be immortal, and I can see him at least manifesting to sasuke if the occasion requires it. Maybe it'll drive sasuke crazy, the orochimaru can finally have his body!!!

Seriously, Orochimaru is one of the Sannin and he got defeated by someone who is supposedly under his own control? Obviously not with his mind, but he should be able to control his power with the curse seal he gave to Sasuke. Otherwise, what would be the purpose of the curse if it doesn't effect the user?"

Of course the way this will turn out is that Sasuke will always be evil. It's destined to be. Naruto will always be good and one or both of them have to die to end the manga.

Well this week's 347 chapter was interesting...

The fact that the liquid person (I am too lazy to look up the name again) joked around so much with Sasuke was different. I didn't expect the dialogue to be so...laid back.

I did have to laugh though when Konohamaru did his "sexy" jutsu of Sasuke and Sai and then Naruto's reaction. Priceless.

I also found it interesting that Sasuke and (again liquid person) went back to the land of waves to get Zabuza's sword. Didn't see that one coming.
