This may be more than a little old, but I have just stumbled across the following:

Does anyone know anything about this and if its possible to buy the full translated Manga?

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

According to baka updates, this manga is NOT Licensed in English..

However, some fans did translate it...I have not read it, but you can find info on it here

I don't think you can buy it in English, but I'll pm you a link to an online scanlation.

It didn't really make much sense to me, since I've never seen dragonball.

It's only 19 pages long.
