you can go to "http://www.mangaupdates.com" it has a list of manga, and everytime they are released. (you can also make a list, so you can see when your fave. manga is updated...
From there you can just click on the series, and go to the scan-lators page and read it ^_^

Mangafox tends to have more risque manga compared to Onemanga.

By the way, what does that "Smut" category mean?

Does it go like this:

Suggestive ---> Smut ---> Mature ---> Hentai

Is that what it means?

I started off by reading random manga that I ran across anywhere. But I didn't have much of a clue as to what might I like. Later I looked up Onemanga titles by genre, but that only got me so far.

I knew I was still was missing a lot so I began checking out the story summaries and descriptions of every manga title that showed up in the daily updates. After about four months that became static and a bit boring. I started examining the Manga Fox daily updated titles in addition to the OM updates.

That should keep me going for awhile, but I only started doing this about ten days ago. I have a very long ways to go. At least I have SOME familiarity with non-anime related manga now. I knew almost nothing about them previously.

When I'm not actually curled up with a physical manga, I go to these sites.

mangafox.com
onemanga.com

There are other sites if you want a specific manga like Naruto or Inuyasha. But for the most part, you can find anything you want with the two I mentioned. If one doesn't have it, the other usually does in my experience. :wink:
