Inspired by the anime revival thread . . .
So what manga have you read that you wish they would make an anime out of?
Here's my short list since I haven't read that much manga.
Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Gaiden
Absolute Boyfriend
Kill Me Kiss Me
Backstage Prince

Shojo manga is a guilty pleasure of mine. I would like to see Absolute Boyfriend made into an anime.
Others I'd like to see made into anime: +Anima, Uzumaki, Psycho Busters, Urasawa's rework of Astro Boy. Any of these being made would make me really excited.

Hmm...let's see....I would choose:
Ar Tonelico II (the world destroying stuff would be cool to see animated)
(BIG spoilers in the MAL character link descriptions):
http://myanimelist.net/manga/12797/Ar_Tonelico_II
Mirai Nikki (too violent though)
http://myanimelist.net/manga/584/Mirai_Nikki
Onihime VS
http://myanimelist.net/manga/9730/Onihime_Vs
Aflame Inferno
http://myanimelist.net/manga/4344/Aflame_Inferno
XBlade
http://myanimelist.net/manga/4650/XBlade
Hana to Akuma (Jun Fukuyama has got to voice Vivi. That would be perfect.
)
http://myanimelist.net/manga/6520/Hana_to_Akuma
+C: Sword and Cornett (It's not very far along though)
http://myanimelist.net/manga/12922/+C:_ ... nd_Cornett
Those would be my top choices. I'd be excited seeing any of these animated if they were done properly.
I look forward to seeing the "King of Thorn" movie later on when it comes out.

There's several I'd like to see but the major ones:
Code Breakers
Shiki
Her Majesty's Dog
Hoshi wa Utau
and I agree with both Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden and Hana to Akuma
Like I said there are more but those are the first that come to mind

Lol
I don't think it helped any that BeeTrain loves doing those slow scenes where the characters are just staring at each other and not saying anything.
They also do a lot of very slow pan shots where a character is just staring off to the side. Some of their scenes are so slow sometimes.

At least Hana-Kimi has an awesome J-drama.
I just picked up Genbu #9. I can't wait to read it. Maybe I'll find time tomorrow.

Let's see...now that more time has passed:
Mirai Nikki is getting a TV series in ?October 2011. That MIGHT be interesting.
Hana to Akuma --- I still wish there was an anime of it.
Considering that Im Dal-Young stories haven't been translated to anime to my satisfaction, I'll pass on those.
A "Hoshi no Samidare" anime would be cool, but that would be more of a Gainax semi-weird kind of story. The manga wasn't popular either so an anime would never fly.
Teiden Shoujo to Hanemushi no Orchestra --- this would be very cool to see if there were more chapters of it available.
Tasogare Otome x Amnesia --- I wouldn't mind seeing Yuuko in anime form.
Blood Alone --- would be all right, but that story is frequently too subtle and slow for most people.
Onikiri-sama wa Hakoiri Musume --- would be fun, but the manga took awhile to get interesting.
Yougen no Chi --- would be neat, but it's too grisly. The manga has been on hold for years too so the story is almost officially dead now.
Hyakunen Renbo --- would be cute.
Iris Zero --- I get a strong feeling that this will become an anime somewhere down the line.
