Naruto 490 - who was in the coffin?

So here's my guess:
Madara was in the coffin and Obito took one of Madara's eyes. He wants to hide his secret. My question is how did Kabutomaru get Itachi's body when Tobi and Sasuke have had it all the time saving the eyes?  |

Just let me know when Sasuke and Naruto meet up again - if ever.
I don't know how you guys read 15 pages a week. It drives me crazy not to read more.
