Today I received this cel as part of a set I won on ebay. It's the only one in the set that I couldn't immediately put a series and character name to. I totally feel like I should know it, but I just can't seem to remember. Does anyone have any idea who she is?

XD Well, I had ID'd the series for someone else recently (Katana) but I couldn't remember what the name was. I had to email her and ask her what I'd told her! XDDD
