This poor cel wound up in my collection due to the fact I entered the wrong code into a japanese cel auction. D'oh!
I know this was a popular series once upon a time, but I've never seen it. Please help me with character name & series.

Thanks for the help, guys!
He's been languishing in my books for years, and I'm in the process of identifying cels that need to go on to better homes.
He'll probably be available for offers or sale shortly, once I get a better image of him with his background.
