Transformers Cel Request, Question?

So I've recently developed a love for the decepticon Ravage. I have his toy, a shirt, poster, etc. But I'm curious as to how much a cel of the cutest decepticon ever runs for? Is he ultra rare? How much would I be looking to drop? Also if you have one for sale lemme know! I can't purchase for months due to payments, but I still would love to know!

If you're talking G1, cels of that era easily hit $800+, usually $1k+. Super rare cels. :I It's why I'll never bother.

A G1 ravage cel (that is a good shot) will cost you 1 kidney and your first born son.

I have seen junk cels from G1 go as high as $200 - $300.

I would say, wait, find a good shot you want, and save for it.

There is also one guy on RS GuardiansofGood who does sell from time to time. You could ask him is he is willing to part with one of his ravage cels. He is very reputatable and highly recommended (a guy I know has bought Acree cels from him before).

Please define "junk" in this case, beatrush -- because as far as I'm concerned there are no "junk" cels from G1 considering the rarity of art from the show in general. Actually, I think calling any cel "junk" is kind of rude .. as one man's trash may be another man's treasure.

Oh and btw, GuardiansOfGood goes by the name "productioncels" on Beta.

I am well aware of the rarity of G1 cels, however I define junk cels as:

- Cels with massive paint loss where entire sections of the cel are missing large chucks of paint and lines
- Cels which have the image cut out of the acetate

Thats my opinion, if people want to pay $300 for those kinds of cels.... fair enough.

I do have two Ids on Beta productioncels & guardansofgood which is my RS gallery name, I will try and use this one from here on.

I do have a very nice Ravage cel

Season 1 setup with uncut matching background.

It sold for $1750.

But recently a seller on ebay listed a few Season 1 Transformer cels and several of Ravage. Those where the first I had seen since I found mine. Only a few have surfaced to date. Your best bet is to watch on ebay....Im sure he has others and everyones broke these days so its good timing.

Actually there was only one Ravage cel in that lot of cels sold on eBay recently. Guardians of Good, you should remember it because you won it for $207.50.

Reason I remember this cel is because you outbid me for it and you show it in your "sold" section already.

So MK if you really want a TF cel of Ravage, I'd just say watch eBay since you might get one for much less than GoG's $1,750 full set.

Yup, as I said...your best bet is to watch ebay. Actually, 3 Ravages have shown up in total recently but 2 showed up on YJ. I bought two and the other was purchased by another RSer.

Transformer cel collectors tend to trade their cels vs sell outright as its a chance to get a different character from the series.
