Help from Crest of the Stars gurus out there?

It's been A WHILE since I've seen the series, and I've always been confused by who's who's and what happened where and when. ^^;; So you gurus out there, can you help ID who's in this cel?

I'm pretty positive that's Lafiel's father, but is that baby Lafiel? Or some other baby? Is this from the 2 part OVA or the actual series?

That's Lafiel's father for sure.

The baby i'm almost sure it's Lafiel, and if not then it's Lafiel's brother.

Yeah it was the baby that I wasn't sure of.

And no, this was from YJ, I've seen several pop up too and decided to snatched one. ^_^
