Anyone know of Private Cel Dealers in Osaka? READ!

I didn:t really know which area to put this, feel free to move it if you want mods.

As some of you know, I am now living in Japan. I live pretty close to Osaka so I am trying to find some cel dealers in the area. I have already visited both Mandrake stores in Osaka (Umeda and grandchaos) sadly neither had much art, let alone what I was looking for..

So I am switching gears and hoping to find some private dealers in Osaka that have setup shop. If you know of any, please let me know. Whats in it for you...?

Well, if you help me find a dealer, i`ll look around there stash for cels/sketches you want, thats my promise.
