Looking for Outlaw Star cels

Hello everyone! As well as always collecting Kenshin OVA and Sailor Moon Bank cels, I love to collect from Outlaw Star. I would like to find some more of the top end cels and am looking forward to paying good prices for rare Outlaw Star cels to add to my collection. It seems to be getting harder and harder to find them anywhere.
