Would like help identifying ssj2 gohan cel

I've thought about it, and though I would love to get the money back i spent for this, and I think I could, since the description clearly said that it was a production/anime cel, I think I will hold on to this one as a reminder to be more careful about what I'm buying out there. Thanks for all the help on this everyone! :)
