Fascinating unknown cels I just won

I just won a couple of model cels from Yahoo JP. I have no idea what show they are from, whether they're from a Japanese production or a western production that had been outsourced. The character designs are not particularly Japanese-looking, though that doesn't necessarily mean anything. But I was really interested in them because of the amount of hand written notes on them. That kind of work copy is just wonderful to me, even not knowing the series. But, if anyone does happen to know what show these are from (the dragon looks more like a possible main character than "other lion" as the lion one is labeled) please let me know. These are seller images from the auctions. Thanks!

This is crazy but that dragon looks awfully familiar to me. Probably 1960s to very very early 80s if it helps.

Well the best way to start would be to show us a larger image (usually settei have the names of the characters written on there) they might be from different shows though... I can't read all the writing on the lion, but I think it says (う/ ウ=U) (ん=n) (え=e)(ン=n??) = _ _ _unen

The lion one at the top says その他のライオン (Other lion). It's just descriptive. I'll do better scans when I actually get them.
