I wouldn't normally ask for Sailor Moon cels, but a friend of mine has a birthday coming up at the end of the month and its her favourite character. If anyone has any cels of Sailor Jupiter that they wouldn't mind selling please PM me.
I am not looking for really awesome cels (its not for me after all
) and i need to stick to a budget.I would also be interested in sketches (of any person) as this would be cheaper.
