ID this cel?

I found this Botan for offer on Yahoo Japan and I usually like to place each cel before I buy it (as I like to think I know YYH well enough to do that... and I usually do, usually pinpointing to within an episode or two) but for some reason I'm drawing a blank on where this would have come from:



I like the cel quite a bit and my collection is currently Botan-less, so it would be a great addition. Knowing the origin would also help my sanity.

Beautiful cel. It is from about halfway through episode 12 when Rondo breaks Kuwabara's arm.
