It's from Episode 4: The Victoria Nightmare.

He's screaming "Traitor!" after finding out that Heero stole his Gundam parts to repair his own (and he'd been complementing Heero before that too X| ).

Look, I actually have a screencap:

Aha!! Heeheehee!

Thank you so much; that makes the cel even better, since I remember giggling at that scene. Poor Duo!

You folks truly are the Gundam Gurus. :)
He who dies with the biggest mech... obviously needed a bigger mech.

That's an easy one. I remember recognizing it when I firt saw it in your gallery, because I love that part. <3 Episode 8, after that wonderful acrobatic act of his, with the timer and the bending the bars and swinging around like Tarzan. *goes all fangirl*

Post-mission, Heero's just dropped out of his Gundam and is shouting, "I screwed up. I totally screwed up!" which is unusual for him. ..Not to screw up, but to get upset and actually admit it. XD

Gah! Has it been so long since I've watched the GW series in full that I've forgotten so much? Eeek! That's my new mission... to re-watch GW over my x-mas holiday break... hee, hee! :D

kacfrog711! I applaud and admire your god-like skills when it comes to identifying GW cels. :bow2:

For some reason, I have difficulty identifying Heero and/or Relena scenes. X| Which reminds me, the first idea that came to my mind when seeing the cel was Wufei screaming at the hyenas. Heero had the growling at hyenas look...

Hey, you take all the TandQ, and I'll take HandR, and all we need is someone to identify the DandW cels of the wor--er, internet. XD

...he DOES look like Wufei there! XD Nighttime background and all. ...That scene is so hillarious. Calling Hyenas weakling nand howling at the moon. Wufei, how could anyone not adore you?! ....Man, i love episode 4, but the animation is just so bad in that episode. X3

That's usually how I know where a cel's from (aside from the obvious, like clothing and demented looks. ^_-): the style the character's drawn in. Some episodes, they're just insanely off model. ^^; Plus, the characters all tend to look younger in the early episodes, and older as it progresses. ...I don't know if this was purposeful, or if they just get more and more off model. >>;

I don't know the series as well as I'd like, though. Once it gets past 25 (Quatre vs. Heero. Love it! <3), I get weaker and weaker. XP Because all my favorite episodes are early ones. ...I should stop watching all these new series and rerun the classics one day. XD 50 episodes (if we include EW, and why wouldn't we?), only about a 26 hour marathon. Haha that's nothing!

Well, for me it's the middle of the series that's the fuzziest... the end of the series I know rather well... but it's definitely time for a GW marathon again. :D

I don't know. Trowa's kind of hard what with the bland expressions (save for the bits and pieces of freaking out which could be isolated to 2 and a half episodes X| ) and the same turtleneck. As for Heero, being in 90% of the scenes makes him kind of tough too, but that's where the help of the different outfits come in. :)

Then you take the first half, zerospace takes the second half and I take the bits and pieces I can remember. :D I like identifying by facial expressions - which makes Trowa a big problem. :? But when it comes to identifying battling mechs - now that's tough. One of these days, someone's going to come out and ask: identify what episode this exploding Aries/Leo/etc. is from. :l Hey, it's unlikely but it can happen.

I 'third' that. I should start dusting off all my DVDs and start watching.

From Endless Waltz: Silent Orbit. Duo and Quatre send off the Gundams (sans Wufei's Altron) into the sun for demolition. It's a sad farewell.

BTW, it's an amazing cel. I love the pouty face. :)
Thanks! :D WOW! I didn't even have to ask. Okay, this thread has convinced me to move Gundam Wing up in the list. It'll be next.
Can you hear this fangirl squee?!

:O:O You are SO right! I saw that on eBay a few weeks ago, I was going to bid, but I missed its ending day somehow! ;__; I hate when that happens! How much did you get it for? And if you ever EVER want to sell it, I am your fangirl! :O (Ahhh they're so cute together *rolls around* But, hell, Heero's cute with anyone!)

I actually got it for a great price, $68.77. The only thing that was expensive was the shipping and handling, $20.00. So it all came out to $88.77. I still think I did pretty good on that cel. I actually almost missed it because I was supposed to go to my tutoring job but the lady showed up late sooooo I went on and was able to raise my max bid. I love the cel XD
