Hello Sletia,

This scene is from S Season, episode #110 Uranus tachi no shi? Talisman shutsugen (The death of Uranus? The talisman appears).

Here Sailor Uranus saw that Neptune had one of the talismans, and is now on the verge of death, so Sailor Uranus decides to shoot herself with the Deathbuster II and tells Sailor Moon to be sure she finds the Holy Grail (combination of the three talismans). Of course Sailor Moon pleads with Uranus but she won't have any of it. She then places the Deathbuster II to her chest and shoots, revealing the 2nd talisman (her Space Sword).

Wow.. (I sadly only saw the sailor moon dub edit for TV a long time ago and never got to these higher episodes. I began to start watching the newest season but couldn't stand how they made the lovers Michiru and Haruka cousins so stopped.)
So.. she's getting ready to die..
