This is a bit obscure... I ran across this eyecatch screencap online somewhere a while ago, but after watching the entire series I somehow missed it. So if anybody have any idea which episode it might be from please let me know. Thanks so much in advance!

Hmm... this is just a random guess (seeing as how I'm at work and can't check the DVDs) but is it from the episode when Hana-chan and Uo-chan visit Tohru at Shigure's house for the first time? (What... episode 8 or 9 or something??)

That would be episode 6 actually, and that was the first episode I checked too. Wasn't that one though. I kept trying to figure out which episode was Yuki drinking tea...

HAHA!!! I got it!!!

It's episode 2, just after Tohru has cleaned up the wreck that was the Sohma's kitchen. Just after Yuki asks "When did we get a rice cooker?" and Tohru says "I found it in the trash".
Um... 41:05 on my dvd player timer, but that includes all of ep 1 and all the op and ed stuff.
