Do these BGs match?

I've been meaning to ask for a while now, but just never got around to it. I have two cels from shows that I will probably never get the chance to watch. One is from the Violinist of Hamelin (which is still not in the US after many years) and the other is the Double X music video (again not likely to be brought over).

It would be nice to know if the backgrounds are matching production. I suspect they are, but I still am not 100% convinced. Anyways, here are the cels in question. If anyone out there happens to know can you enlighten me?
