Please Help with ID

I have a few items that I won from YJ that I have no idea what series they even come from. I just liked the images and the price was reasonable. It has been too long since the auction ended so the pages have been taken down.

they look sooooo familiar, but I can't place my finger on it...

I'm not sure if the others are from it or not because I only watched the first ?five episodes from it. I don't think they ever English fansubbed more than the first episode.

We have a winner! Happy and thoughful dude is Tezuka, Ryoan now if I just could find the lady. No wonder Illin' Lady is illin' Ryoan is a doctor. Of course they need sick folks for the plot!

Now if I could just identify the last woman. I KNOW I've seen a different cel of her for sale on a Japanese cel site. But I'm having no luck going through all of my favorites.
