I trimmed down the number of saved YJ auction links today and I stumbled across the above auction.
I'm so backed up, my older YJ auction links folder has auctions saved from August 7th, 2005-July 17th 2006. My more recent saved YJ auction links folder has auctions I won from March 3rd-August 10th (32 auctions) and 31 other auctions (mostly from July 18th 2006 onward). This is AFTER cutting down the number of saved auctions today.
I would say it's a rilezu / post production cel due to that those I have recieved from Ai Yori Aoshi & The World of Narue had the same packaging including the small label on the front outside plastic covering as well as the same green type envelope.
Not knowing the series , this one looks like it might be from an OP or End of the show. Rilezu's tend to pick a 1/4 of the 30 to 40 images they decide to make into Rillezu's from the Op or Ends.

Yup, JWR's correct. It's a rilezu cel. The first line of the auction description is: 神無月の巫女第７話リレイズセル画です. ("Rilezu cel" has been bolded for clarification.)

There was a time when I had bid on this item but the seller delisted it twice since it didn't reach the ammount he wanted.
It's been on auction a few times over the last year- unless there is more than 1 of this setup floating around?...
It is a Rilezu cel, and a screen capture of it was on Madoka's front page around the same time that a screen capture of a Kannaduki no Miko cel I had commissioned from them was on the front page- so I always assumed someone had commissioned this. As far as I know, it's a simple pan cel, which means, even if Madoka does allow commissioning of sequence mates, there shouldn't even be one.
But if it's like Krafty says and this cel has been cycling about Y!JP for a year, the image only showed up at Madoka's site a few months ago, some time around late May/early June.

Well that's interesting to learn. You almost acquired a Kannaduki item.

The thing is I never check out the general YJ "cel" category anymore. So I hadn't seen this before. I'm not even sure how I happened to catch this auction this time through.
