Do you have NEWTYPE USA Sept 2003 with TALES OF ETERNIA?

Could you check if the following pictures is in your NEWTYPE magazine?

I found scans of a japanese magazine online... But I don't know the name of the magazine... Do you know what it's from?

I have the hanken sketches for it so I just wanted to know which magazine it's from...

Perhaps I could check if the following pictures is in your NEWTYPE magazine.

I didn't buy that newtype magazine cloud... I think that one has Gundam Seed on the cover.
