Looking to buy Akira Cels. Anyone Know Where to go?

I have a friend that wants to get his brother a cel from Akira.

I was wondering if anyone was taking offers or selling any of their Akira cels. Also, what shops sell Akira cels? I am mainly putting this out there for people who collect from this movie, and who might know where to find a cel from this show. I have found one website, and ebay. Yahoo Japan is not an option right now due to it being so close to Christmas.

The only place I can think of that is somewhat reasonable is

They have three pages of cels, genga and douga. They are based in the US so you shouldn't have to wait a long time for deliver. Hope this helps.
