Lelouche from Code Geass, that would be, as it's become painfully obvious that unless I'm willing to ante up in the realm of $800 or more for an auction, I'm not going to land any sketch sets of this particular CLAMP-designed lovely (and that's just not feasible while trying to sell my house) unless someone has any solo shots they're willing to part with....
