That's a toughie ... since he wears that outfit so often and nearly always in the dark. Could be Episode 8, 12, 20, 23, 31, 36, 39, 43, 45-46, 52, 59, or 69. That's not much help, but it does narrow down the possibilities a little. I'd guess 59, since he looks very somber and "adult" here.
Same situation; except that here he looks much younger, so I'd guess early in the first season (8-23).
That's an odd look for Kero, so I'd guess that's from the episode where he and Syaoran exchange personalities (#32). Syao-chan spends most of this episode with a little sweatdrop attached that looks just like this one.
Mmmm... again, it's odd for Kero to be sitting rather than floating or standing. That might make it #32, but I'm less confident.
You said it! I can't place either of these, though the last one also looks a little like a pose Syao-chan takes in #32 after Sakura puts him up on the plushie shelf and tells him not to get into trouble. (Syao-chan, unlike Kero-chan, can't fly.)
That's gotta be Ep. 69, when he and Kerberos are about to go into Sakura's wand. The unusual quality of light seems unique to this episode; elsewhere Yue has a little guy who goes around and shines a spotlight on his face prior to his close-ups (except the second movie when Void-chan gets him before she gets poor Yue).
Edit: Ep. 66? Maybe, though I'd have thought the light was better in the Star Path room. But I'll stand corrected.
Sorry not to be more helpful. I have a largely unjustified reputation for being able to do episode IDs, mainly because I tend to buy cels that I already can identify. Those costume changes (CCS has nearly the most of any series I know) really help narrow down the range of possibilities, but since Kero doesn't wear a costume (except for the little bow-ties etc. that go with Sakura's battle costume), that makes him really, really hard to spot.
