Help with the ID of this series

I bought this sketch/genga/douga set (because I lover her dress), but I have no clue of what show this is from, I have tried reading the timesheet that came along it says:

# ﾀイトル (taitoru?)
14 うルユこ (iruyuko?)

You don't happen to have the link to the original auction do you?

Or if you'd prefer not to post the link for personal reasons then if you could copy and paste text from the auction that is usually what gives out the most clues to figuring out unknown YJ artwork.

It looks very familiar, but I'm not good at recognizing characters. I often forget characters even when I've seen them many times before.

うルユこ.... I have no idea what this translates to though.... uruyuko? Ulyuko? I can't find any anime with that name on AniDB. Googling using the kanji/kana usually brings up the official website for that anime, but I don't get anything with this. Sorry...

I'm with Keropi... any chance you could post the link to the auction?

I'll just put this out here, because I'm a sick minded individual.
うルユこ = Uruyu-ko = "Girl Uryuu" ?...
Ishida Uryuu as a girl.. ??

I dunno, maybe he dresses up Ururu at some point?
Although her trademark kanji-for-person bangs are missing.

No seriously. The writing on the sketch says "Runa" (possibly Luna) if that helps.
Also the うルユこ - the text changes from hirigana to katakana and back in the middle, usually this means the odd part out (in this case the "ruyu") is a foreign word or concept. Anyone ever heard of a Looyoo?

I do not have the link saved (and it was a while back so my deputy deleted the link from "my page)
I did however get an email from someone (thanks Lori!!!!!!)
She says that it's a sketch from
-> "ウルトラマニアック,Urutora Maniakku"
-> Ultra Maniac (a show I have never heared from) So thanks again ^_^
