Not sure if this is the right place to post this (if not feel free to move it), but I am going through Osaka in a week or so, and I would like to do some cel shopping while I am there. I know a few cel stores in Tokyo, but in Osaka the only one I really know is Mandarake. Any suggestions? Don't worry, I'm only really interested in Akazukin Chacha cels, so I won't be stealing your potential purchases! If anyone has any good tips, I'll even be happy to keep an eye out for your own wishlist stuff for you while I'm there.
