I decided to try this out to increase my chances of finding that ultimate Sailor Saturn or Hotaru cel.
Basically, it is very simple.
If anyone sees a cel of Sailor Saturn or Hotaru anywhere whether in auctions or in someone's site for sale, all you have to do is send me a PM or email. But keep in mind I am looking for one higher quality Sailor Saturn or Hotaru cel. I'm only pursuing one, so it must be really good.
I will look at the link you give me, and, if it is the cel I really want, and I am able to buy or win it (in auctions), I will give the person who notified me of the link a SPECIAL REWARD: and that is I will give one of my cels for FREE in my site.
I'm still trying to work out how to do this. But if you are that person, we can talk it out till we reach an agreement. I might like ask you to pick out your top 20 picks in my site and then we'll work it out from there. Considering how it's going to be FREE, you can assume that there will be certain ones you won't get, but, also, because it's FREE, you really have nothing to lose and so much to gain (even if you don't like the cel, you can sell it and make money to buy a cel you want).
Of course, there are certain conditions to this deal.
There's no doubt for those that participate in this, that I might receive more than one email regarding the same link, so who becomes the person who gets that reward in that situation? The answer is that the first person to email me that link is the one who gets the reward. So, it's a first come, first serve thing.
So, that's about it. This is a voluntary task for those that are interested.

I will look at the link and determine if it is the cel I really want. If it is the one I want, I will try to get it. If I am able to buy it or win it in auctions, then the person who FIRST told me about the link will get the REWARD of one FREE cel in my site (remember, it will probably be something like I will ask you to select your 20 favorite cels in my site, and then I'll narrow it down and we will discuss it until we get into an agreement).
