Anime/Game character i.d.

My friend found this photo, but we can't identify three of the characters in it.

This picture shows a very quiet room, but who is:

1. The girl laying on the floor?
2. Who is the woman in white?
3. Who is the girl sitting next to Primula on the far right?

Any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone have any idea who the character in pink is?:

A mahjong playing character? Or does she have supernatural power of luck?

It's one of Zun's Touhou shooter characters - Remilia Scarlet from The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil.

Ah..so it was Touhou related! Very cool. Someone had suggested to me that it might come from there, but I know very little about the Touhou series (other than what I seen from that fan produced anime).

Thanks for the info on it.

I wonder why the artist chose put her there though? ?^_^?

EDIT:

I see. A mahjong Touhou game had been previously released. So that explains that.
