SM Cel Identification please

Can someone please help me identify this cel?

I'm thinking the end of SuperS? But I can't find an exact match.

The seller had it labeled as teen ChibMoon, but this doesn't fit any of the scenes from that particular episode.

for some reason, the wheels in my brain are saying to check episodes where Pegasus was traumatized and/or electrocuted by Tiger's Eye or the Amazon Trio??

I found it on accident. Episode 163, looks like right before her dream mirror gets taken out and then she gets tied up in those weird spider web looking ropes.

I just kept going throught he last couple of episodes in Super S, since I haven't seen that season in awhile.

I know S and Stars like the back of my hand but the others are harder.
