i know part is the autograph, and i think the other part is probubly the event it was given away at

I'm definitely no expert but this is what I come up with:

The top of the shikishi says "Arigatou gozaimashita" (thanks). I don't know what "Sankuri 30" is--that's probably the event, since the Item description says it was drawn for them at an event. The autograph is under that--House of Karsea. I don't know if you knew it ahead of time when you bid on the shikishi, but House of Karsea is a doujinshi circle:

Yotsuba's saying "Nugi" (which means to take off).
