This cel looks very familiar, but I'm not 100% sure where it's from. I think it's Tekkaman Blade aka Teknoman but I might be mistaken. It's been a long time since I seen it.
If somebody can confirm it or let me know where it is actually from I would appreciate it. Thank you!
