The subbers didn't translate it.

All right well I don't know the anime and it looks like the top character on the middle column is cut off.

Tomo ni ikite [?]kemasuyouni - Kaname.

Best guess with no context is that the missing character is iku/yuku making her wish something like:

"that we can go on living together- kaname"

Hopefully that makes sense.
