Need a referral for a great fancel expert!

hi folks,

For my cel collections, I look for exact screen shot when I am purchasing cels.
Last year, I bought a golden boy series cel on ebay from this guy who supposedly owns thousands of pieces from the series.

It was exact screen shot that i wanted, but it was missing couple of pieces.
I would like to hire a fancel expert to create missing pieces.

There are quite a few very talented "fan cel" artists out there.

Most work on creating complete works of art so I'm not sure if they would be interested in creating "filler layers" and if the are they might need you to ship your original cels so they can match exact placement of the fill in layers as well as paint colors.

Back in the day I had work done by Acitate-Animation, but I don't know if she/they are still doing stuff. It's been a long time since I commissioned them, so maybe try googling the name and see what you can find!
