Need some cel IDs for Pokemon,Dragonball,Sailor Moon,X-Men

I was wondering if anyone could help me ID these cels? I've tried searching around for them with no luck, so I was hoping someone here might have watched the episodes these came from recently. I will also give thanks to the user who IDs any of them for me in the description part of the gallery when I post them up. Here are the cels I'm having trouble finding:

Updated with a Pokemon cel I've been having a real hard time trying to ID, so if there are any big Pokemon fans on here who might know the episode it's from, I'd really appreciate the help! Credit for the ID will be given of course. ^_^

I can help you with the sailor moon cels' id.
Tuxedo mask is from episode 038. He has just thrown a red rose at motd as a temporary turn to good-mood.
Luna and Artemis are from episode 072. They tell the sailor scouts to go and save the 2 younger evil sisters of the dark moon.

I am having a bit of trouble placing the Tuxedo Mask one though. I skimmed through episode 38 (the Japanese numbered one where they're skiing), and I watched the part where his rose turns from black to red and he throws it at the MOTD before leaving, but I didn't see my cel show up during that scene. Was that the right one? Or did I skip over it when skimming through the episode? (Which I easily could have done haha.) If you could let me know roughly how many minutes into the episode the cel appears, I would appreciate it! ^_^

Thanks again for everything! I love knowing where my cels are from, and it really bothers me when I have an unidentified one. So thanks for helping me out with my Sailor Moon ones! They were tough to identify!

Sorry. I figured out Tuxedo mask is indeed from episode 032. It's on 11:54. (I can't give you the crystal Zoisite).
It is almost identical to 038, that's why it confused me a bit.

Thank you so much yet again! I'm really excited to have that Tuxedo Mask one ID-ed since it's one of my favorite cels, and not knowing where it was from was killing me!! (Especially since it's a pretty generic shot that looks like it could appear in any episode!)
