Those cels are so easy to id. 
Mars is from 170. She thinks of Usagi walking on the snow.
Neptune is from episode 106. She is badly scrached from the motd. Uranus is holding her on her hands.
And lastly Uranus is from episode 198. She has accepted her death-fate and is ready to die.
