when you FINALLY found your wishlist cel that you have been after for YEARS!! That just happened to me a couple days ago!

Anyone else have a super wishlist item they have finally found? Please show your treasures!!

Knowing your amazing Disney collection and the treasures you've managed to find in the past, I'm sure that your wishlist will make anything I own look like a Hello Kitty sticker. Still, my pan cel of Sakura bound by The Wood was the first true super-wishlist I was able to grab, more by chance than by craft or stealth. I can still remember sitting in my office, fingers trembling as I clicked "Check Mail" over and over until I was sure Nick had it safely on hold for me.

I totally know that feeling, it's one I'm wrapped up in right now!

I just recently won an auction for a Mozenrath cel from the Disney Aladdin TV Series, so for me it's like Christmas multiplied to the power of awesome! The Aladdin TV series was the center of my childhood cartoon fix as I loved the Disney movie and felt that the extended universe they built up on after the direct to TV sequels was actually really solid. The stories and secondary characters are still among my personal favorite and unlike many of the other Disney TV shows built off the movies I never felt that the Aladdin one was the product of a bunch of soulless Disney executives trying to milk the sacred cow. That being said my favorite Disney villain to date is still the pasty, broody, sarcastic sorcerer of the black sand that terrorized the TV show. But cels from the show don't seem to come up very often on the web and when they do they almost always feature the characters people are familiar with from the original film so for years I had given up on the idea of ever getting my hands on a Mozenrath cel.
Until last week.
It isn't even here yet (though I stalk the mailman madly every chance I get), and honestly the cel is probably a B grade at best but just the fact that I was able to snag a piece of production art showcasing one of my all time favorite characters in animation has me completely on cloud nine right now.

This cel was my ultimate Land Before Time wishlist for a few years, and I was gobsmacked when I was actually able to acquire it. I am still in the reeling phase.
