Please help identify cels

I need some help identifying some cels, minus one sketch which I know where it is from, but trying to figure out if it's production or fan made.

Unknown 4 kinda resembles Takashi Ryugasaki from Akihabara Dennou Gumi/Cyber Team Akihabara, but I've never officially seen the show so I can't ID it for sure. :p There are some other cels of him on Rubberslug that kinda looks like the same dark red shirt that he's wearing in your cel.
