Another unknown douga
I'm in the process of slowly rescanning my cels, and I'm trying to do the douga/genga scans as well. One of my Akazukin Chacha cels came with a douga that is definitely not from Akazukin Chacha. Does anyone recognize the anime or better yet, what character this is?

Thank! I looked her up and that looks perfect. I thought the character design reminded me of saber marionette j and it's the same guy.
