I've been trying to ID the scene this set appears in, but no luck and I've looked through several episodes, the Bleach wiki, and RS. Seller doesn't know either.

Edit: I can't delete this, but I found my answer after googling "yoruichi fighting" and looking at the first result. The scene is from Episode 248.
