I just won this in an auction listed as "unknown anime." When I bid on it, I was 99% certain it was Tomo from Lemon Angel, but I can't find this scene anywhere. I guess it could still be from Lemon Angel - again, this looks *exactly* like Tomo, just with a slightly different hairstyle - but it could also be from something else. I do know that Lemon Angel characters had a couple of cameos in other anime, maybe it's from one of those? Or maybe it's not related at all and the look-a-like is just totally coincidental...?
