The girl on the left is Masako from the first episode of Yajikita.

Edit: I just started watching the first OVA, the second cel is also from it.

Yeah. I haven't seen it in a while, but I remember that scene with Masako. It was a very pretty show, and the interaction between the leads was fun. I found out about it when I bought a cel of Kotetsu (I thought he was girl at the time) and went looking to find out what it was from. It had the kind of scenario that could go on forever, where Yaji and Kita could have just endlessly gone to new schools. It is a little sad that it was just two OVAs.
