What is a BANK cel ??

Hi

i have a question :
sometimes people write that some cels are Bank cel so what is a bank cel please ?

is somebody can help me ??

A bank cel is a cel that is used multiple times in the animation process. For example, cels from Sailor Moon's transformation sequences are called bank cels. They were used over and over since she transformed in every episode.
