Help Idendifying some DBZ stuff

The A-beta community have been very helpful over the years, so I thought I might stretch that friendship and ask for some advice / help with identifying the following two items:

This looks to good to be a fan cel, but it does not appear to be a cel from the series. I suspect it is from the last Movie?

Is this photcopy or would it contain original art? I think its part of the manga??

I believe the gohan cel is real judging from the seller. I think it's from when he's fighting dabura in the ship.

the gohan cel looks real to me and majinuub is right, it's from the fight with Dabura... I found it quick in this music video... it's at 1:45

Yes, the Gohan Cel is from the Dabura fight (Dub episode 211, at the end of the episode).

I can just smell that the price is going to go ultra high!

If it stays under 10,000 Yen, it's mine!

Yeah right....

I think the other item is indeed a strory board, rare cover though, had never seen it like that before.

Anyway, good luck to all on the Gohan Cel, hope it finds a good spot.

The second one is a storyboard. It says "conti" in the auction title, which is short for "continuity," which the Japanese use to mean storyboard.
