Can anyone translate the following on some original script drawings I have?

I don't have a translator, but I can write in in romanji...I hope I write it correctly:

gome?ne "SORRY?*

This "rosuke"/"losuke" (written in Katakana, a name? I think it's just someone yelling in frustration/anger)
"H" janakute gomen ne
kitanakute sumandesune
I'm sorry it's not "h" (hentai)
Please excuse the mess or I'm sorry it's messy (I think is what the last means)
My Japanese is getting rusty.

the first one is:
やっぱり - yappari - "as I thought"
the second one is a signature with date 2001 Nov ... very hard to read ... (O.o) ...

Here's yet another one I found. I beleive it's the artists name, Sakura Ryou, but hoping it has more info on what series it is from she's drawn:
